We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
To start a return, reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Pre-order items are final sale once production begins.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.

In the rare event that an item you ordered is oversold, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order right away. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

In-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Every GIATI piece goes through quality control before it reaches you, but printed items can sometimes arrive with a slight odor from the printing process. This is completely normal.
Simply hang the item in a well-ventilated area overnight and the odor will clear on its own.
Our clothing is designed with a comfortable unisex fit. For a looser, oversized look (like hoodies and sweatshirts), we recommend sizing up one.
